Machine Operator: Fort Atkinson, Wisconsin

Our customer in Fort Atkinson, Wisconsin is seeking motivated individuals to join their team. We’re recruiting Machine Operators to work full-time on 3rd shift. As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for setting up and operating production machinery, performing quality checks, and maintaining safe and efficient operations while following company procedures and safety standards.

Responsibilities of the Machine Operator:

Set up and operate machinery to produce quality products efficiently.

Perform quality checks on materials and finished products, including size, scoring, printing, folding, and other specifications.

Record production counts and waste totals accurately.

Inspect tooling before and after runs and report maintenance needs.

Complete daily and weekly equipment clean-ups.

Minimize material, ink, and adhesive waste.

Follow all safety procedures, ISO standards, and company policies.

Communicate effectively with supervisors and co-workers.

Provide recommendations for process improvements to meet production, quality, and cost goals.

Machine Operator Requirements and Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED required.

Previous manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred but not required.

Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot minor equipment issues.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and stand for extended periods.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.

Pay for Machine Operator: Starting at $21.75/hour.
