What a Day Looks Like in Victoria, TX 77905

Step onto the floor and take ownership of precision turning work. You’ll prepare and run CNC equipment to deliver parts that meet tight tolerances, collaborating closely with teammates to keep quality high and throughput steady.Your Impact

Set up and run CNC equipment to produce parts that meet specifications and quality targets.

Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work orders to plan each job.

Track machine performance, adjust offsets and parameters, and intervene early to maintain consistency.

Handle routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting on CNC machinery.

Operate with strict attention to safety procedures at all times.

Document production results and machine conditions with accuracy.

Partner with team members to refine processes and increase efficiency.What You’ll Bring

High school diploma or equivalent; CNC machining coursework/certification is beneficial.

Hands-on experience as a CNC operator or in a closely related machining role.

Working knowledge of CNC equipment and programming concepts.

Skill in reading technical drawings and interpreting specifications.

Sharp attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset.

Clear communication skills and a collaborative approach.
