Computer Operator Direct

The Computer Operator Direct will support IT operations by monitoring and managing systems in a Windows and Linux environment.

The role involves executing commands and scripts, maintaining system operations, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring proper documentation and reporting of system activities. Requirement/Must Have:

Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems.

Ability to work with commands, programs, and scripts in an IT operations environment.

Strong communication and reporting skills.

Problem-solving ability for software and hardware issues.

Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word. Experience:

Experience supporting IT operations or system monitoring activities.

Experience working with Windows and Linux systems.

Experience documenting operational activities and maintaining reports. Responsibilities:

Execute commands, programs, and scripts to support IT operations.

Monitor and maintain system performance across Windows and Linux environments.

Troubleshoot software and hardware issues and escalate when necessary.

Maintain documentation and operational reports.

Communicate system status and operational updates to appropriate teams.

Support productivity and operational efficiency within the IT environment. Skills:

Microsoft Office tools including Excel and Word. Qualification And Education:

High school diploma or GED. Should Have:

Basic scripting knowledge.
