Job Description

We are looking for an experienced System Administrator to oversee the seamless operation and maintenance of our organization's computer systems and networks. This role involves managing the infrastructure to support business objectives, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and delivering exceptional customer service. Requires hands-on expertise in system configuration, troubleshooting, and optimization.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor daily system and network operations to ensure security, reliability, and high performance, including providing on-call support for 24/7 operations.

• Implement, maintain, and optimize local and wide area networks to meet organizational needs.

• Configure, troubleshoot, and repair network hardware such as routers, switches, hubs, and UPS devices.

• Address and resolve network access issues and ensure uninterrupted connectivity.

• Perform system upgrades, improvements, and regular maintenance to enhance efficiency.

• Set up and manage servers, including configuration and integration into the network.

• Administer end-user accounts, permissions, and access controls to ensure secure operations.

• Conduct regular system backups and recovery processes to safeguard organizational data.

• Collaborate with other IT staff and provide backup support as needed for seamless operations.

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required.

• At least five years of experience as a Windows System Administrator.

• Strong knowledge of network and server operating systems such as Windows Server and SQL Server.

• Proven experience in supporting wide area networks and troubleshooting network issues.

• Familiarity with network and log monitoring tools.

• Desired certifications include Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE), Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA), or Security+.
