As a Security Guard - Mobile Patrol Driver in West Jefferson, OH, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls, and more. Join Allied Universal at a busy retail distribution location as an unarmed Patrol Officer with driving duties. You will conduct routine foot and vehicle patrols, stay visible to help reduce security-related incidents, and support a positive experience through strong communication and customer service. What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to clients and facility staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a retail distribution and warehouse location.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including medical calls, fire alarms, disturbances, and loading dock concerns.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the warehouse, yard, and perimeter, including checks of exterior doors, gates, trailers, and parking areas. Working environments and conditions may vary by site.

Monitor access points for employees, visitors, and drivers, verify identification and/or delivery documentation, and help to deter unauthorized entry or theft-related activity.

Complete detailed reports on incidents, observations, and patrol activities, and communicate relevant information to site leadership, dispatch, and/or local responders as needed.

Minimum Requirements:

A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.

Customer service experience is preferred.

Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.

Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
