Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Construction Project Manager with extensive experience managing multifamily construction projects from preconstruction through final completion. This leadership role is responsible for overseeing large-scale residential developments while ensuring projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

This position is ideal for an experienced professional who has successfully managed ground-up multifamily developments, large residential communities, and complex construction schedules.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the full lifecycle of multifamily construction projects, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution

• Oversee project teams including project managers, superintendents, subcontractors, and vendors

• Manage project budgets, cost forecasting, and financial reporting

• Coordinate preconstruction activities including bidding, subcontractor selection, and contract negotiation

• Maintain and manage detailed construction schedules and milestone tracking

• Ensure compliance with OSHA safety standards, quality control procedures, and building regulations

• Conduct regular progress meetings with internal leadership and project stakeholders

• Manage project documentation through construction management software platforms

• Identify project risks and proactively implement mitigation strategies

RequirementsRequired Experience

• Extensive experience managing multifamily or large residential construction projects

• Proven experience overseeing ground-up construction developments

• Strong background in construction scheduling, cost management, and project budgeting

• Experience coordinating multiple subcontractors and field teams

• Ability to manage complex construction timelines and multiple project phases

• Proficiency with construction management software and Microsoft Office

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field

• Experience managing large-scale multifamily developments or apartment communities

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Experience managing multiple projects or large teams simultaneously
