Financial Modeling & Analytics Systems Manager (Anaplan)

Core Responsibilities

Design, build, and maintain complex Anaplan and financial planning models aligned with business objectives

Partner with business units to gather requirements and identify new planning and analytics use cases

Manage data integrations, model performance, user access, and platform governance

Establish and promote best practices in financial modeling and interconnected planning

Lead user training, support, and continuous improvement initiatives

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or any related courses.

Proven finance and financial model-building experience, at least 5 years (required)

With at least 5 years of Data integration, model performance, user access & platform governance

Proficient in Anaplan/Oracle/Hyperion.

Background in fintech, financial services, or technology-driven companies (preferred)

Strong quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills

Ability to manage multiple priorities and communicate complex concepts clearly

Thrives in ambiguity; proactive, adaptable, and intellectually curious
