Job Description

The Product Manager will work very closely with Senior Leadership with the following functions and responsibilities:

Product Management

Compose, champion, and drive the strategy, roadmap for Digital Room’s internal tools and pricing strategy systems

Drive product strategy and innovation with cross-functional stakeholders to achieve a cohesive and unified strategy across the company

Create business cases and requirements for a unique product or set of systems, functions, and features in Digital Room’s suite of software and systems

Develop mastery of Digital Room’s business logic, pricing strategies, and the related internal tools

Lead our product team to deliver exceptional internal customer experiences across our facilities and operational teams

Work closely with the development team, translate business requirements to technical requirements, and provide clarity on direction and purpose of product development initiatives

Product Support and Analytics

Provides day-to-day support for their product’s users by answering questions and troubleshooting issues.

Provide insights on product strategy, industry trends, etc. to the Senior Leadership Team

Assess the quality and effectiveness of our strategies, systems, and tools through performance metrics (technical performance, sales, traffic, and product usage).

Define, implement, monitor, and improve performance KPIs
