Job Description
The Advisory Quality Senior Manager leads end-to-end quality governance for the Advisory practice, driving delivery excellence, risk management, and information security compliance across engagements. This role partners with delivery leaders and global stakeholders to strengthen quality frameworks, mature the Quality Management System (QMS), and ensure alignment with CMMI, ISMS, SOC2, and other regulatory standards. The position serves as the central quality leader, embedding a culture of continuous improvement and operational discipline across the organization.
Responsibilities
Lead and oversee quality governance across Advisory engagements
Drive organizational CMMI V2.0 Level 5 implementation and sustainment
Ensure compliance with ISMS, SOC2, ISO 27001, and other regulatory frameworks
Strengthen and mature the Quality Management System (QMS)
Partner with delivery leaders, PMs, and stakeholders to ensure consistent quality outcomes
Oversee risk management, data governance, and client security requirements
Implement quality controls across SDLC, Agile, and DevOps environments
Develop dashboards and reporting to monitor quality metrics and performance trends
Champion continuous improvement initiatives across multiple accounts and business units
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in any field
Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in quality assurance, governance, or delivery excellence
Mandatory experience leading CMMI V2.0 Level 5 implementation at an organizational level
Experience with SOC2 attestation, ISO 27001 (ISO27K), and information security frameworks
Strong background in consulting, managed services, or technology organizations
Advanced knowledge of SDLC, Agile, DevOps, and code quality tools (e.g., SonarQube, CodeScan)
Proficiency in analytics and dashboarding tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
Strong stakeholder management, analytical, and decision-making skills
