ARTS Teacher-Summer School K-4

Position Overview: Join our dynamic Summer School Enrichment Program as a Fine Arts Teacher, where you'll inspire and nurture young minds in grades K-4. We are seeking passionate educators in the fields of Visual Arts, Dance, Theatre, and Music to create an engaging and enriching learning experience for our students.

Responsibilities:

•Teach fine arts classes for 19.5 hours per week, Monday through Friday.

•Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that foster creativity and artistic

expression

•Encourage students to explore their artistic talents and build confidence in their abilities.

•Collaborate with fellow educators to create a cohesive and supportive learning environment.

•Assess and document student progress, providing feedback to students and parents.

Qualifications:

•High School Diploma required, Bachelor's Degree preferred.

•Experience teaching young children, preferably in an enrichment or summer school setting.

•Strong communication and classroom management skills.

•Enthusiasm for working with children and a passion for the arts.

•Grades: Kindergarten through 4th grade

Compensation-based on certification

Certified teacher- $35.00

Non certified instructor- $17.50
