We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to join our team in Blacklick, Ohio. In this role, you will oversee high-volume recruitment efforts, develop candidate pipelines, and ensure a seamless hiring experience for all applicants. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in talent acquisition strategies and possess strong leadership capabilities to guide a team of coordinators.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and execute full-cycle recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.

• Develop and maintain a robust candidate pipeline to meet high-volume hiring needs.

• Manage job postings across multiple platforms to attract top talent.

• Collaborate with internal teams to align recruitment strategies with organizational goals.

• Ensure exceptional candidate experiences throughout the hiring process.

• Supervise and mentor a team of talent acquisition coordinators to achieve recruitment objectives.

• Utilize applicant tracking systems to streamline hiring operations and track recruitment metrics.

• Prepare and present reports on recruitment strategies and outcomes to leadership.

• Identify and implement innovative sourcing techniques to enhance talent acquisition efforts.• Proven experience in full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing and onboarding.

• Strong background in high-volume recruitment within corporate environments.

• Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and recruitment technologies.

• Demonstrated ability to develop effective talent pipelines.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with candidates and stakeholders.

• Leadership experience, including managing and mentoring teams.

• Solid organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

• Knowledge of innovative recruitment strategies and best practices.
