Job Title: Machine OperatorJob Description
Join a rapidly growing and innovative company as a Machine Operator, where you will play a vital role in preparing, organizing, setting up, and running production lines. This position focuses on ensuring proper timing, efficiency, and quality for cGMP regulated products.Responsibilities
Perform machine setup for efficient operation of packaging lines.
Ensure product change-over is conducted according to SOP requirements.
Optimize time and resource allocation techniques and performance within manufacturing specifications.
Maintain operational continuity by managing the flow of materials to and from the production area.
Possess knowledge of repairs, preventative maintenance, and daily support of packaging equipment for aerosol products.
Assist in troubleshooting any issues.
Understand the impact of cGMP compliance on production requirements.
Be knowledgeable of all applicable regulations and safety issues governing aerosol filling operations.
Collaborate with Quality Control and Maintenance to achieve optimal results.
Maintain compliance with regulations and regulatory authorities including Fire Code, OSHA, DEP, and DOT.Essential Skills
Minimum of two years of experience in manufacturing related to filling, assembly, and packaging.
Technical degree or background preferred.
Ability to operate packaging machinery, including labelers and shrink bundlers.
Knowledge of cGMP requirements.
Understanding of OSHA requirements.
Familiarity with Hazardous Waste Materials, DOT, DEP, and Fire Code regulations.
Experience with ERP systems.Additional Skills & Qualifications
Strong skills in production, machine operation, and general labor.
Experience in machine operating, inspection, and using hand tools.
Ability to read blueprints and follow SOPs.
