At Cypress Truck Lines, our CDL-A OTR and Regional Flatbed Drivers earn up to $0.62 per mile, enjoy consistent freight year-round, and have the flexibility to stay out 2-3 weeks OTR or be home every other weekend regionally. With significant performance and seniority bonuses, assigned trucks (no slip seating), and APU-equipped sleepers, you'll get the pay, comfort, and respect you deserve - backed by a company trusted since 1972.

Pay & Bonuses

OTR Pay (per mile):

5+ yrs: $0.60

4 yrs: $0.59

3 yrs: $0.58

2 yrs: $0.57

1 yr: $0.56

6-12 mos: $0.54

0-6 mos: $0.52 Regional Pay (home every weekend):

5+ yrs: $0.62

4 yrs: $0.61

3 yrs: $0.60

2 yrs: $0.59

1 yr: $0.58

0-12 mos: $0.54 Extra Pay & Bonuses:

Performance bonus: up to $600 quarterly

Seniority bonus: $500-$2,500 annually
