Job Description Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required.

An exciting opportunity is available for a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist with school-based experience to serve students in elementary and junior high settings.

This contract position runs from ASAP through May 2026, supporting a special education cooperative serving children with Autism spectrum disorder across three schools located in Morris and Minooka, Illinois.

Key Responsibilities:Provide speech and language therapy to a caseload of approximately 35 students across three school sitesDevelop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of students on the Autism spectrumCollaborate with educators, administrators, and families to support student progress and integrate therapy goals into the classroom environmentMaintain accurate documentation and compliance with school and state regulationsParticipate in team meetings and contribute to the overall special education program Qualifications:Valid SLP certification with CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence)Prior experience working in a school setting, specifically with students on the Autism spectrumStrong knowledge of evidence-based practices in speech-language therapy for childrenAbility to manage a multi-site caseload effectivelyExcellent communication and teamwork skills Location:Morris, IL and surrounding areas (Minooka, IL) Work Schedule:Full-time, approximately 32.5 to 37.5 hours per week This role is primarily school-based, with preference given to candidates interested in a stable, on-site position; however, travel candidates are welcome to inquire.
