What You’ll DoLead critical projects, delivering actionable insights that drive business decisionsDevelop and apply custom models and algorithms to analyze complex datasetsResearch, analyze, and interpret data using advanced statistical and machine learning techniquesMaintain, evaluate, and optimize existing models for accuracy and performanceProvide mentorship, technical guidance, and training to fellow data scientistsCollaborate with teams to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve data challengesCommunicate findings clearly to technical and non-technical audiencesStay at the forefront of data science best practices, tools, and techniques What We’re Looking ForBachelor’s Degree in Science, Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or related STEM field (Master’s in Data Science preferred)Minimum 7 years of professional experience in data scienceStrong background in machine learning (clustering, decision trees, neural networks, etc.) and advanced statistics (regression, hypothesis testing, distributions)Experience in healthcare, medical informatics, healthcare IT, revenue cycle data management, or EHR data preferredProficiency in SQL, data modeling, statistical tools, and programming languagesExceptional problem-solving, analytical reasoning, and project management skillsAbility to communicate complex insights clearly and effectively to diverse stakeholdersDemonstrated experience leading projects and mentoring other data scientists
