Senior BAS Programmer Johnson Controls HVAC Building Automation

We are working with a well-established HVAC and Building Automation company seeking an experienced Senior Building Automation Programmer / Technician with strong expertise in Johnson Controls and ABB Cylon systems.

This is a senior-level role for a controls professional who enjoys programming, system integration, commissioning, and solving complex BAS challenges. You’ll work on advanced HVAC building automation and energy optimization projects across commercial and industrial facilities.

What You’ll Be Doing

Programming and integrating HVAC Building Automation Systems (BAS/BMS)

Interpreting and implementing sequences of operation

Commissioning and optimizing building control systems

Troubleshooting advanced controls and network issues

Integrating BAS platforms with third-party systems and IoT devices

Supporting project teams and mentoring junior controls technicians

What We’re Looking For

7+ years of Building Automation / HVAC Controls experience

Strong programming experience with Johnson Controls (Metasys) and ABB Cylon

Deep understanding of HVAC control strategies and BAS architecture

Experience with system commissioning and troubleshooting
