Duties

Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit

Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems

Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest experience and increase sales

Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and sanitation.

Requirements

Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, preferably with fine dining or nightclub settings

Familiarity with POS systems

Strong customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude

Ability to handle cash handling accurately and perform basic math calculations quickly

Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures

Excellent time management skills to serve multiple tables efficiently during busy shifts

Previous experience in serving, host/hostess roles, or food industry positions is highly desirable

Culinary experience or kitchen familiarity is a plus for understanding food preparation processes
