Responsibilities

Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing a friendly and engaging first impression.

Manage guest seating arrangements, ensuring smooth flow and timely service.

Handle all cash and credit transactions with precision, maintaining accuracy at all times.

Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions, addressing concerns, and offering assistance promptly.

Maintain cleanliness and organization at the host stand and cashier area to uphold a welcoming environment.

Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate seating, reservations, and guest needs.

Requirements

Previous host/hostess experience or food service background preferred.

Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude and professional phone etiquette.

Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Hospitality or hotel experience is a plus, especially in guest relations and serving roles.
