JOB SUMMARY
A Sales Officer's duties include selling a company's product/services, developing sales strategies,
and maintaining customer relationships. Sales Officers should also stay informed about market
trends and understand and present products.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Acquire new customers: Find new clients and drive the sales process from lead to closure.
Manage client relationships: Meet client expectations and maintain long-term
relationships.
Develop sales strategies: Create strategies to increase revenue and meet sales targets.
Negotiate contracts: Negotiate sales contracts and packages on behalf of the company.
Attend events: Promote product/services.
Develop marketing campaigns: Create marketing campaigns to increase revenue.
Maintain sales reports: Update sales reports, budgets, and forecasts.
Analyze sales performance: Analyze and report on sales performance and trends.
Maintain sales inventory: Manage and maintain sales inventory.
Compose proposals: Write customer proposals and tender documents.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree
Strong interpersonal and intrapersonal skills
Willingness to work in a flexible schedule
Willingness to do field work
