CNC Supervisor

Job Description

Responsibilities:

Set up and operate CNC lathes.

Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and work instructions to determine machine settings and operations.

Inspect finished parts for conformance to specifications using micrometers, calipers, gauges, and other precision measuring instruments.

Adjust machine controls and tool offsets to ensure quality and accuracy of parts.

Monitor machine operation and troubleshoot issues as needed.

Perform routine maintenance on machines and tools, including cleaning and minor repairs.

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with company standards.

Record production data, quality checks, and other operational information.
