What You'll Do:

As the Staff Development Nurse Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and overseeing training programs for our staff. Your expertise will empower our team to provide top-quality care and meet clinical program objectives aligned with our mission. Key Responsibilities:

Design, coordinate, and deliver comprehensive orientation and ongoing training programs to ensure exceptional care for our residents.

Assess training needs, develop tailored curriculum, and implement effective educational strategies.

Collaborate with department heads to ensure training aligns with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.

Provide mentoring, coaching, and support to enhance staff skills and performance.

Oversee orientation for all new employees to ensure a smooth onboarding process and regulatory compliance.

Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and recommend improvements.

Maintain accurate records of training activities and staff certifications.

What You'll Bring:

Qualifications of a Staff Development Nurse Coordinator include:

A valid state nursing license.

An advanced degree or certification is preferred.

Experience in a nursing leadership role within a Long-Term Care setting is preferred.

Knowledge of regulatory requirements and best practices in staff education and development.

A commitment to resident-centered care and excellence in healthcare delivery.
