Performance Test Lead

Job Description

Manifest Solutions is currently seeking a Performance Test Lead for a position in Columbus, OH.

Plan and execute performance testing for SAP and Salesforce applications to ensure system stability under load.

Develop performance test strategies and scripts.

Analyze results and recommend optimizations.

Create lifecycle artifacts including completion reports and traceability matrices.

Collaborate under 2-in-a-box model with SI partner.

Operationalize insights for steady-state enablement.

Required Qualifications:

3+ years in performance testing roles.

Experience with NeoLoad and LoadRunner.

Experience with Gen AI tooling for performance insights.

Knowledge of SAP and Salesforce performance testing.

Experience with Tricentis qTest for test management.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with CI/CD pipelines
