What You'll Do as an Administrative Professional 4

Independently formulate decisions &/or judgments involving non-legal interpretation of policies & procedures as they would apply to given situations to resolve problems.

Prepare & respond to correspondence &/or reports or carry out other assignments.

Review & summarize personnel reports.

Represent supervisor at meetings or conferences with other agencies.

Communicate decisions, directives &/or assignments to appropriate staff.

Represent division or agency on interdivisional task forces or committees.

Organize meetings &/or conferences.

Maintain confidential files; Prepare records retention & disposal schedules & arrange record transfers.

Enter requisitions & pay invoices; Serve as payment card holder for the Office of Personnel.
