Responsibilities
Provide a fine dining experience for dining room/banquet guests; take orders; serve food and beverages
Inform guests of specials and promotions, answer questions and make suggestions
Maintain knowledge of food menu items and basic/specialty alcoholic beverage items
Present bills, accept payments, operate POS systems, upholding strict cash handling procedures and accountability for all transactions
Ensure cleanliness and organization of server area
Perform opening/closing responsibilities
Practice safe food/beverage handling and cleanliness standards at all times
Adhere to quality standards and restaurant rules and procedures
Actively participates in the company's social media program by posting/sharing company fliers to personal social media accounts, if available
Performs other work-related duties as assigned

Education and Experience
Must be 18 years of age minimum
Server experience Required (fine dining experience preferred)
Food handling and Alcohol awareness training preferred
High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
