Job Title: Regeneration Machine Operator\nLocation: San Jose, California (On-site)\nPay Rate: $24.50 per hour\nSchedule: 3rd Shift 12:00am-8:30am Mon-Fri \nAssignment Dates: March 16, 2026 – November 30, 2026\nDivision: Water Technologies\n \nGeneral Information:\nKelly is seeking a Regeneration Machine Operator for our Water Technologies Division who will play a vital role in plant operations.

This position is responsible for regenerating filtration resin, preparing mobile water treatment equipment for field use, performing quality control checks on mobile equipment, handling chemicals, and supporting various plant operations.

This is an essential role that supports our mission to deliver reliable water treatment solutions.\nKey Responsibilities:\n\n\n\tRegenerate ion exchange resins and other filtration media to ensure optimal performance\n\tPrepare mobile filtration units for field deployment, including resin loading, equipment checks, and assembling test kits, meters, pumps, and materials\n\tSafely operate forklifts to move and handle equipment and materials\n\tPerform quality control checks on mobile units prior to dispatch, ensuring operational readiness\n\tHandle and manage chemicals (NaOH, HCl, NaCl, etc.) with strict adherence to safety protocols and compliance\n\tOversee chemical vendor offloading and transfer chemicals to storage tanks\n\tSupport other plant operational duties as required\n\n\nWork Schedule:\n\n\n\tRegular Hours: Thursday – Sunday, 8:00 PM – 6:30 AM\n\tTraining Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM for the first 4–6 months\n\tCandidates must be open to daily and weekend overtime\n\n\nQualifications:\n\n\n\tPrior experience in water treatment operations, plant maintenance, or a similar environment is preferred\n\tForklift certification and experience with chemical handling are a plus\n\tStrong attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality control\n\tExcellent ability to follow procedures and adapt to dynamic team environments\n\n\nHow to Apply:\nPlease submit your resume and a cover letter to with the subject line “Regeneration Machine Operator Application.”\n\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\tAs part of our promise to talent, Kelly supports those who work with us through a variety of benefits, perks, and work-related resources.
