The Front Desk Receptionist Representative serves as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and employees. This role is responsible for managing the front desk, answering incoming calls, providing general information, and supporting daily administrative tasks to ensure smooth office operations.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and staff in a professional and friendly manner.
Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate departments.
Manage the front desk area and maintain a clean, organized reception space.
Schedule appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings.
Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and deliveries.
Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor badges when necessary.
Provide basic information about company services, policies, or directions.
Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer and visitor needs are met.
Monitor office supplies and place orders when needed.
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent (Associate degree preferred).
Proven experience as a receptionist, front desk representative, or customer service role.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
