About the role

Réalise toutes les opérations de gestion facturation des contrats multiproduits dans le respect des processus et des règles.

Met en oeuvre ou fait mettre en oeuvre les conditions tarifaires contractuelles et applique ou fait appliquer les corrections éventuelles.

Analyse les anomalies de facturation

Assurer la relation avec les clients en interne et externe.

Faire vivre au client une expérience différente humaine et digitale

Être le garant de la satisfaction client en veillant au respect des engagements contractuels et à la qualité des prestations fournies.

Excellente communication Bonne gestion de la relation client Bonne gestion du temps, être organisé Travail d’équipe (utilisation d’une approche d’équipe pour résoudre les problèmes) Traiter les tâches selon les processus prédéfinis Attitude proactive, motivée et déterminée. Capacité à travailler sous pression et sur plusieurs tâches Orienté résultat Volonté d’apprendre et d’élargir ses connaissances Analyse/résolution de problème et incident Connaissance informatique, Microsoft Office Etre aimable et dynamique Savoir négocier, argumenter, persuader, faire adhérer
