The Role: Logistics Process Leader_Certified BlackBelt Lean Six Sigma
You will ensure the performance of the logistics processes is sustainable, compliant (on SPS, GSOPs, & other standard systems), efficient, & effective plus in alignment and timing with upstream (Supply Chain Planning & Manufacturing Plant) and with Downstream (IG & OG) customers country / logistic territory. You will also assure the country or territorial logistics team is highly performing on quality, delivery and cost objectives.
What will you do?
Engineering & managing the logistics process
create/analyze/review and develop logistics end-to-end operations (warehousing especially architecture, inventory, quality, & transportation)
lead projects using an applicable methodology (including PMO)
support external customers on analyzing & improving logistics process then deploy/produce new good or best practices
monitor and improve performance metrics for the division in relation to the business goals and scorecard
Creating & managing continuous improvement
identify, select, & review opportunities to improve whether operational, tactical, or strategic in nature for the whole country or territorial logistics
prioritize, build, sustain & manage continuous improvement activities at the Distribution center (especially operational ones) including assurance of both cost & productivity savings
lead projects using applicable / assigned methodology
collaborate & coordinate with regional/global teams primarily on reviewing and integrating best practices in Schneider Electric (including digitalization).
Guide & coach project leaders (on their go-do it, A3, 8D, Kaizen, Lean, & six sigma projects)
document all standardization as created/designed/deployed
Leading, driving, deploying, & implementing SPS
lead, guide, deploy, support, and sustain SPS & achieve logistics efficiency on customer satisfaction, delivery, & cost
guide the team on complying with People Commitment, Process Engineering, & Manufacturing and Logistic Processes management requirements
Who would be successful?
Education: College Graduate / Engineering or Supply Chain Management
Job Related Experience: Process / Method / Industrial Engineer / Supply Chain Management Supervisor / Manager
Must have 5-10 years of relevant experience in Logistics in Manufacturing companies
Certified Lean Six Sigma Blackbelt – must have
Good Understanding of SE Business, Logistics operations/management (warehousing, transport, inventory, quality, & performance), HR knowledge, Lean (Manufacturing & Warehousing) and SPS, Project management, Production / Process Engineering / Methodologies, & Continuous Improvement / Business Process Excellence
Good English verbal/written communication skills, technical skills on lean and six sigma, proficiency in MS applications, good analytical skills, excellent problem solving, critical, & analytical skills, leadership/customer-centric skills, good motivator and trainer, consulting skills, change management, & digitalization skills (smart DC/factory)
Amenable to work in Rosario, Cavite
Working arrangements: Normal dayshift, 5x a week Onsite
