Pension Processor/Customer Service

Job Description

The pension processor is responsible for calculating pensions and QDRO's. The person is also responsible for processing monthly retiree pensions and processing new retiree pension applications. The person will setup monthly pension check runs and all the necessary clerical work to prepare the pension checks for processing. The pension processor will prepare pension estimates and meet personally with individuals considering retirement. Additionally, the person will be responsible for balancing monthly pension runs, handling telephone inquiries, corresponding with members, and preparing reports for Board of Trustees meetings. Must have strong organizational skills and be able to multi-task. Must have excellent communications skills and great customer service skills. Must be willing to work with other departments due to the nature of a small office environment. Also, must be proficient in Microsoft Office products.Company Description
