Position Responsibilities

Lead the day-to-day Billing operations, ensuring invoices are processed accurately and on time.

Coach and support a team of Billing Specialists, providing guidance to help them succeed and grow.

Monitor team workload and workflows to maintain performance and quality standards.

Partner with Credit, Collections, Cash Applications, Sales and Corporate Finance to resolve customer billing issues and support the order-to-cash process.

Identify opportunities to improve billing processes and enhance operational efficiency.

Minimum Requirements

Bachelor’s degree. Major in Accounting or Finance preferred.

Bilingual (English / Spanish) - 100% fluent in both verbal and written forms.

3+ years of Billing experience with prior team leadership experience.

Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Access.

Strong analytical, interpersonal and communication skills.
