Key Responsibilities

Provide customer support in Slovenian and English

Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat

Resolve product or service-related issues efficiently

Maintain high-quality customer service standards

Document customer interactions in internal systems

Collaborate with internal teams to improve service quality

Requirements

Native or fluent Slovenian language

English level B2 or higher

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Customer-oriented mindset

Ability to work in rotating shifts

EU citizenship or valid EU residency card

Work permits and Blue Cards are not accepted.

3700 BGN gross monthly salary

50 BGN net monthly transport/internet allowance

Work Schedule

Rotational shifts within the following hours:

Monday – Saturday: 09:00 – 23:00

Sunday: 10:00 – 19:00
