Salary: 3,700 BGN gross/month (14 salaries per year)

Your Role

Handle customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email in Slovenian

Support with account management, product information, order tracking, and device troubleshooting

Ensure compliance with brand and age-verification policies

Accurately document interactions in English within internal CRM systems

Identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions or escalate when necessary

Work flexible rotational shifts, including evenings and weekends

Working Schedule

Rotational shifts within the following hours: Monday to Saturday: 09:00 – 23:00 / Sunday: 10:00 – 19:00

Candidate Requirements

Native or C2-level Slovenian (mandatory) + English B2+

Strong communication and customer service skills

Comfortable using digital tools and supporting electronic devices

Previous experience in customer support, retail, or consumer goods is a plus

Professional, detail-oriented, and empathetic approach

Compensation & Benefits
