THE OPPORTUNITY

As a Culinary Supervisor, you'll become a master in the preparation of exceptional food, grilling meats, and sautéing fresh vegetables. Your pivotal role ensures that our offerings are not only delicious but also adhere to the highest standards of quality. You'll also take charge of supply orders and be instrumental in training new leaders within the kitchen.

Your responsibilities include guaranteeing the quality and safety of Chipotle's beloved food each day. You'll maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked kitchen, while ensuring that equipment is kept in prime condition. As a role model, you'll inspire and help Crew members develop into future culinary leaders. A core aspect of this role is promoting teamwork and delivering outstanding customer experiences. Throughout your busy shifts, you'll be actively engaged, achieving your station's targets and supporting your teammates whenever needed.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Prepare and cook food to order while maintaining Chipotle's high standards.

Monitor food inventory and waste, swiftly addressing any quality concerns that arise.

Create a strong collaborative atmosphere between kitchen and service staff.

Mentor Crew members to help them evolve into future kitchen leaders.

Communicate effectively with both Crew members and customers to guarantee excellent service.

Ensure cleanliness and sanitation in the kitchen at all times.

Oversee kitchen equipment, ensuring it is maintained in optimal condition and addressing repairs promptly.

Adhere to safety guidelines to prevent accidents or injuries.

Complete essential documentation such as Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) and enforce Inventory Rotation (FIFO).

WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO THE TABLE

A genuine understanding of Chipotle's Food With Integrity philosophy.

Ability to communicate effectively in the primary language(s) of the workplace.

A high school diploma or equivalent.

Previous restaurant experience is preferred.

PAY TRANSPARENCY

The base pay range for this position is $15.00-$16.69, with the potential to earn digital tips. Actual base pay may vary based on your skill level, experience, and education. Chipotle also offers a competitive benefits package.
