Machine Setup - Punch Press Setup Operator - 2nd Shift

Job Summary: Set-up and operation of pneumatic presses, mechanical presses and servo driven presses.

Duties & Responsibilities: * Set-up and operate pneumatic presses * Removal and set-up of die inside press * Change out tooling * Adjust press height * Run first piece, inspect per specifications using toolmakers microscope and/or optical comparator * Troubleshoot when parts are out of specification * Perform additional responsibilities as requested to achieve business objectives Qualifications: * High school diploma or equivalent * 2 years' experience in direct manufacturing * Experience with automation a plus * Must be able to sit or stand for up to 8 to 10 hours per day * Must be able to occasionally lift up to 20 pounds Competitive Pay & Benefits: * $2.00 per hour shift premium * Paid vacation and 11 paid holidays * Medical, dental, life and disability insurance * HSA and FSA accounts * 401k with company matching and profit sharing * Tuition reimbursement
