Job Responsibilities

As a Frac Mechanic at Python Pressure Pumping, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our equipment. Your responsibilities will include:

Performing routine maintenance and repairs on pressure pumping equipment.

Diagnosing mechanical issues and troubleshooting to determine necessary repairs.

Collaborating with team members to ensure safety and compliance with industry standards.

Maintaining accurate records of maintenance and repair work.

Assisting in the installation of new equipment and systems.

Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Required Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.

Certification in automotive or diesel mechanics, or a related field.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in mechanical maintenance, preferably in the oil and gas industry.

Strong understanding of hydraulic and pneumatic systems.

Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.

Willingness to work a 14 days on, 7 days off schedule, including overnight travel.

Preferred Skills

Experience with pressure pumping equipment is a plus.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Willingness to work flexible hours and be on-call as needed.

Basic computer skills for record-keeping and reporting.
