Job Description

* Direct MEP engineering, procurement, scheduling, installation, commissioning, and close-out.

* Build strong relationships with engineers, consultants, subcontractors, and owner representatives.

* Interpret and enforce contract documents, plans, codes, and technical specifications.

* Lead and develop MEP staff, providing direction, feedback, and performance input.

* Oversee daily activities of MEP engineers, superintendents, and field teams to ensure quality and safety.

The Successful Applicant

A successful MEP Superintendent should have:

* Bachelor's degree and 10+ years in mechanical/electrical systems management.

* Strong understanding of design, cost, sequencing, and field logistics.

* Skilled in identifying cost-effective design alternatives and presenting technical content.

* Strong communication skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office; scheduling software experience preferred.

* Demonstrated leadership, collaboration, and problem-solving abilities.
