Payroll Processing Associate

Payrate: 18.80/hr
M-F 8a-5pm OT as needed based on business needs
Summary
Supports payroll operations by processing manual check requests, entering payroll data, and ensuring employees are paid accurately. Works with internal payroll systems and communicates with internal and external contacts while maintaining strict confidentiality.
Responsibilities
Process payroll transactions and manual check requests
Use payroll systems, Time & Labor, and internal web applications (training provided)
Enter and review payroll data with accuracy
Communicate regarding payroll questions or issues
Maintain confidentiality of payroll information Qualifications
Basic proficiency in MS Excel and Access (data entry)
Strong communication and analytical skills
Accurate typing and 10-key calculator skills
Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
Payroll experience preferred but not required
