About The Role

As a Product Engineer at Phonic, you'll own the development and delivery of platform features from ideation to launch, while upholding a high UX bar. You'll work in our TypeScript and React codebase to build scalable fullstack systems from polished UIs to robust developer-facing APIs. With a lean team, you'll have outsized influence on product direction, shaping how users interact with our voice AI models and how we prioritize what gets built.

What You'll Do

Own features end-to-end in our TypeScript and React codebase, from ideation through launch, holding a high bar on UX throughout

Build scalable fullstack systems, from polished UIs to robust developer-facing APIs

Work closely with research and model engineering to shape product direction and decide how users experience our platform

Contribute across the entire stack to ensure seamless integration across our UI, SDK, and platformWhat You'll Bring
