About the Opportunity:

Opsource has partnered with a premier manufacturer of pile and extruded weatherseal products for the window and door industry. As the company experiences rapid growth and prepares for relocation to a much larger facility, we are hiring multiple entry-level Machine Operators for 2nd shift.

This is a great opportunity to grow with a stable company that values safety, quality, and teamwork. Training is provided - no prior machine operating experience is required, but manufacturing experience is a plus!

Job Responsibilities:

As a Machine Operator, you'll be responsible for safely and efficiently running custom-built machines used to produce weatherstripping and specialty sealing products.

Your daily tasks will include:

Operating and monitoring production equipment

Performing visual and measurement quality inspections

Loading raw materials and unloading finished products

Making minor machine adjustments and performing basic repairs

Recording downtime, scrap, and maintenance needs

Maintaining a clean and organized work area

What We're Looking For:

High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent preferred

1+ year of manufacturing experience preferred (but not required)

Ability to read and follow safety and work instructions

Comfortable working in a loud, fast-paced environment

Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and being on your feet throughout the shift
