Salary: $100,000 - $140,000 per year

Job Details

Qualifications:

5+ years of commercial construction experience, including direct experience with a commercial general contractor

Previous superintendent or project lead experience strongly preferred

Four-year degree in construction, engineering, or business strongly preferred (equivalent work experience accepted in lieu of degree)

Proven experience with tenant renovations, occupied spaces, fast-paced projects, weekend work, or service work is a plus

Mastery of building processes, best practices, and the ability to organize people, tools, and time to meet tight deadlines

Strong ability to communicate clearly and professionally both verbally and in writing

OSHA 30 Certification preferred

Physically able to walk/stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs

Proficiency with construction software systems including Microsoft Office (Project, Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint), ProCore, Adobe, and BlueBeam
