Locum Internal Medicine MD/DO need in North Hollywood, CA Federally Qualified Health Center Start Date: 9/23/24 End Date: 12/27/24 LOA: 3 months to start Credentialing Timeframe: 3 weeks if everyone is on top; can take 4-5 weeks if not on top of paperwork Work Schedule: Monday - Saturday schedule M,W,F - open 8AM - 5PM Tues, Thurs - open 8AM - 8PM - locum will have the choice of early block 8AM-5PM or later block 12PM-8PM.
