Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled CNC Lathe Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining CNC lathe machines to produce precision parts according to specifications. This role requires attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, and the ability to read blueprints and follow technical instructions.

Key Responsibilities:

Set up and operate CNC lathe machines to produce precision components

Read and interpret blueprints, work instructions, and technical drawings

Monitor machine operations to ensure parts meet quality standards and specifications

Perform routine machine maintenance and troubleshooting when needed

Inspect finished parts using measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges

Adjust machine settings to maintain proper tolerances

Maintain a clean and safe work environment following company safety procedures

Document production and quality information as required

Qualifications:

Previous experience operating CNC lathe machines in a manufacturing environment

Ability to read blueprints and use precision measuring instruments

Basic knowledge of G-code and machine programming preferred

Strong attention to detail and quality control

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
