Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations and ensure efficient workflow. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and capable of handling multiple tasks while maintaining a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities
Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other correspondence
Schedule meetings, appointments, and manage calendars
Prepare, edit, and format documents, reports, and presentations
Maintain physical and digital filing systems
Order office supplies and manage inventory
Assist with data entry, record keeping, and basic reporting
Greet visitors and provide general administrative support
Coordinate travel arrangements when needed
Support team members and management with ad hoc tasks
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree preferred)
Proven experience in an administrative or office support role
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) or Google Workspace
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to handle confidential information with discretionCompany Description
