Your Role with the Company:

Full-time position

FNP / PA will work in a primary Care outpatient setting

Advanced Practice Provider will see patients of all ages for chronic and acute conditions

Background Profile:

Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner / FNP or Physician Assistant / PA

1+ year of Primary Care experience

Active Minnesota license
