Position Overview:

As a Customer Service Representative for our Lisle, IL office, you'll play a key role in providing outstanding support to our valued customers. This is an opportunity to grow your career in a dynamic, supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries through phone and email

• Process customer requests and maintain accurate records

• Identify and escalate priority issues

• Collaborate with team members to provide optimal customer experience

• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction

• Document customer interactions and account updates

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Basic computer proficiency

• Strong communication skills

Desired Qualifications:

• Previous customer service experience

• Familiarity with CRM systems
