Schedule: Weekend nights (Friday/Saturday) plus one weekday shift 3x12-hour shifts 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM (36 hours/week)

Highlights:

Float to a variety of critical care units including Neuro ICU, Surgical ICU, Medical ICU, CVICU, and Cardiology/Diagnostics based on patient acuity and staffing needs

2:1 patient ratio across all shifts with comprehensive interdisciplinary support including Pharmacy, Respiratory Services, Physical Therapy, and Rapid Response Teams

EPIC charting system with 36 hours of orientation provided

Work with a diverse patient population including transplant patients (kidney, liver, lung, heart) and advanced critical care diagnoses

Float policy supports equivalent or lower acuity assignments to ensure safe patient care

Parking options available ranging from convenient 24/7 garage access to budget-friendly surface lot alternatives

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of ICU nursing experience required

Active RN license (Compact or Ohio state license required at time of submission)

BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required

Proficiency with EPIC charting system

Demonstrated competency in IV starts, telemetry interpretation and management, and ventilator management

Previous travel nursing experience strongly preferred

Nursing degree from an ACEN or CCNE accredited program

Two professional references required (at least one from a manager/director or formal leadership role)

Flu vaccination required (medical exemptions only)
