Machine Operator 2nd Shift

Job Description

Manufacturing company is looking for a Machine Operator on 2nd Shift!

Job Duties

Responsible for machining the doors per the product/customer specification; hinges, doorknobs, locks, sight holes, etc.

Work is expected to be complete with accuracy and efficiency – must have high attention to detail.

Perform daily startup and calibration of machine

Set up machine in accordance with product/customer specifications

Read production tickets, door types, sizes and species

Perform general maintenance; assist with advances maintenance

Other duties as assigned

Experience Required

3-4+ years of machine operating experience

Experience working in a manufacturing production environment

Must be able to read a tape measure and understand decimal conversions

Ability to stand a majority of the day and lift up to 50 lbs throughout the day!
