1st Shift Material Handler

Job Description

We are seeking a dependable and safety-focused Material Handler with forklift experience to join a fast-paced warehouse team. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in accuracy, efficiency, and maintaining a safe work environment. If you are experienced operating forklifts and enjoy hands-on warehouse work, this is a great opportunity to grow with a stable company.

Location: Phoenix, AZ

Schedule: Monday – Friday 5:00 AM – 1:30 PM (Overtime as needed)

Pay Rate: $20.00Duties:

Operate sit-down and/or reach forklifts safely and efficiently

Load and unload trucks, verifying product counts and condition

Move materials throughout the warehouse and stage product for shipment

Perform inventory checks and assist with cycle counts

Maintain clean and organized work areas

Follow all warehouse safety procedures and company policiesRequirements:

Minimum 1–2 years of recent forklift experience

Experience with sit-down, reach truck, or cherry picker preferred

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs consistently

Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment

Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
