Overview

As a Client Support Analyst on the Galliard Client Support Team, the successful candidate will primarily contribute to the ongoing management and growth of Galliard's institutional fixed income and stable value businesses. The Client Support Analyst role will report directly to the head of Galliard's Client Support Team. This position will partner closely with senior members of the client relationship and investment teams, providing clients with portfolio administration, relationship management, project management, and servicing/reporting needs. The Client Support Analyst will coordinate with other internal stakeholders such as the Relationship Management/Distribution, Investments, Compliance, Legal/Contracting and Operational teams to deliver optimized solutions to meet each institutional client's unique needs. This individual will also potentially assist business development initiatives and contribute to client communications and product positioning materials.

We currently operate in a hybrid working model, whereby you will be required to work in-office 4 days per week.

Responsibilities

Provide ongoing service and support to Galliard's institutional clients; partner with client relationship managers on mutual client assignments to deliver outstanding client service and solutions.

Coordinate and lead project plans across multiple teams for successful client onboardings and other complex account transitions such as custody transitions involving asset-in-kind transfer of securities.

Lead project management to accommodate other client lifecycle events such as offboarding and portfolio valuation agent or recordkeeper changes.

Coordinate preparation, execution, and administration of investment management agreements and investment guidelines with Legal and Investments

Ownership of investment management agreement deliverables, including oversight of client reporting deliverables and fee invoicing.

Assist in analyzing and drafting investment portfolio performance attribution and ad-hoc market analysis.

Assist in building client presentations, including customized analyses that articulate strategy objectives, characteristics, and performance as needed.

Collect, process, and analyze client demographic and cashflow data received from applicable service provider relationships for stable value separate accounts.

Perform periodic client account reviews to ensure account attributes are set up correctly and remain current.

Assist head of Client Support Team with audit requests.

Contribute to review and improvement of team processes and procedures.

As needed, support Galliard Distribution staff in performing market analysis and research on prospects and competitors. Qualifications

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

B.A./B.S. in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration or similar related field.

2+ years of experience in financial services.

Self-starter with a sense of ownership and a desire to learn the business and contribute at a high level.

Ability to build strong relationships with clients and continue this partnership through an on-going servicing role.

Excellent analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.

Ability to manage competing priorities while meeting required deadlines.

Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

Strong aptitude for planning and execution, including the coordination of multiple stakeholder groups.

Ability to work effectively in a team environment and across organizational levels, where flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability are critically important.

Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Outlook, Word, and/or Copilot) and a willingness to learn and adapt with new technologies, particularly artificial intelligence. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Fixed income experience and/or knowledge of fixed income investment concepts.

Experience with client service or business development in the institutional marketplace.

Aptitude in a project management capacity, with an ability to facilitate client transitions across multiple teams.

Understanding of custody, recordkeeping, and/or operational activities required to support large institutional client accounts, including custody transitions involving an asset-in-kind transfer of securities.

Stable value investment experience and/or knowledge of stable value investment concepts.

Familiarity with retirement plans (e.g., defined contribution retirement plans, like 401(k) or 457 plans, or defined benefit pension plans) and investment terminology.

Compensation

Base Pay Range: $72,000 - $90,000

Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, the competitive compensation package may include, depending on the role, participation in an incentive program linked to performance (for example, annual discretionary bonus programs, or other annual or non-annual incentive or sales plans.)
