Responsibilities:

- Must be excellent in communication skills (English & Japanese)

- Must be excellent in call handling, dealing with objection and closing payment skills

- Must be Aggressive, energetic and self-starter who enjoys working in a quota-driven environment

- Can process and detail oriented

- Must be confident and energetic phone presence and must be excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Must be excellent organizational skills with the ability to multi-task

- Has a strong computer skills including experience with Microsoft Office

- Will document, excellent attendance record in previous positions

Requirements:

- A required language(s) is Nihongo (Japanese)

- Has a strong analytical/problem solving skill.

- Extensive knowledge of computer operations and computer systems analysis.

- Has extensive ability to follow complex oral and written instructions.

- Must have a working knowledge of and experience in utilizing and creating spreadsheets.

- A considerable ability to do routine decisions in accordance with departmental policies and procedures.

- A considerable ability to develop and continue effective working relationships with employees.

- Extensive ability to solve problems related to computer system software and operations.

- Must be at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.

- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

- Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Finance, Customer Service and/or Technical Support or equivalent.

- Willing to start as soon as possible.
